Backup Question

Post by forg_tful »

Hi! I'm a new user.
I have a few questions and can't find any other forum for my answer.

1. Can I automatically backup data once per week? and I want NAS to create a new folder with a date automatically. (ex. Backup-2023/01/05)
2. after it creates a folder can we have a password secure on each folder?

Thanks alot for your help!

Yes you can schedule the backup once per week but there's no such folder dates options. You'll need custom support for this.

You can enable (edited: not volume but folder) encryption on the NAS. You'll need custom support for passwords.
