Asustor Backup Plan doesn't take my username/pwd???

Asustor Backup Plan doesn't take my username/pwd???

The credentials I use to log into Control Center work fine.
I have access to all my apps and they work fine.
But I downloaded Asustor Backup Plan, which sees my 5304T fine, but won't take those credentials at the "Create New Backup Plan" stage.
What is up with this!
