I'm hoping someone can walk me through the best way to tackle this issue that i"m having. I'll start by saying I'm very new to this NAS and it's my first one.
I purchased the unit about a year ago and I'm utilizing it primarily as a Plex Media Server. I was shocked that I was able to get it up and running with no issues. I noticed my drive was running low so I purchased a new one. I thought I'd be able to expand, however, it seems as if I possibly set the old drive up incorrectly.
Can I still save media to the second drive? I'm at a loss in what to do here.
I've attached a screenshot so you can see what I did.

Re: Help - Trying to expand storage
Not sure what do you mean by expand?
You have setup both single storage drives of 10TB (volume1) and 12TB (volume2) each. Your apps will be on volume 1. To understand array expansions refer to here https://www.asustor.com/online/College_topic?topic=352.

Yes you can save media to /volume2. Go to the Access Control -> Shared Folders, then add a new share for volume 2. You can actually skip this step and just let your apps i.e. Plex access the raw path /volume2 but it's better to do this way so you can manage it better in the ADM File Explorer or Windows. Can I still save media to the second drive? Re: Help - Trying to expand storage
Thank you so much for the response.
I thought I would be able to just expand on the storage of the 1st drive. The raid selection was greyed out so I know I had initially made a mistake on the setup.
I followed your directions under Access Control and was able to set up the second drive.
I can direct Sonarr to save items on that drive once I am totally filled up.

Re: Help - Trying to expand storage
No problem. You cannot expand a single drive but you can migrate it to a different RAID level that could potentially let you expand the disks in the array, refer to the previous link provided.
