Image type backup of NAS's OS and application installs.

I've searched and have not found what I'm trying to figure out. Is there a way to do a image type backup of my 6604T's operating system settings and applications that are installed?

I've been using MyArchive discs for basic data backup which works great but it would be nice if I do an initialization if I could just restore everything back to a certain point.
