Sync between NAS and locally connected external HDD to NAS

Hi All, I tried searches everywhere but haven't been able to find a simple solution to this.

Is there a way to connect an external drive to NAS directly (in my case AS6604T) and sync certain folders between NAS and the HDD, from the NAS itself?

If there's no simple way and requires rsync or some other similar utility, could someone point me in that direction?

Full sync including file deletion, overwrite, etc... is preferred.

Did you try ADM web -> Backup & Restore?
