Backup from Disk1 to Disk2

i have 2 singel hdd in my As6202T and i want to make a backup from Folder A on Disk 1 to Folder B to Disk 2. But how do i connect woth the second Disk? I just see the Disk 1. In the Hdd Overview both hdds are displayed. Idk the path to the second Disk.

i want it like a raid 1 but at the moment i dont have the perfekt nas hdd so i want to make a backjob as i descripted on top.

Did you initially created JBOD? This will merge the disks into one volume. Else you should see Volume 2 where you can create a new share folder in it via Access Control -> Shared Folders -> Add -> Select volume.
