How to go from Raid 6 to Raid 5?

So I have a 10 Bay Asustor NAS Model# AS5110T

It is currently a Raid 6 and want to go to a Raid 5. I have all data off of the drives.

What is the process to start over so I can reset up the Raid to a Raid 5?

As I know, ADM can only support RAID migration from low to high.
You'll need to backup your data externally, then re-initialize your volume to RAID-5, then copy your data back.
