I have an extensive media library and want to make a web based database, possibly with links to the files, and wondered if a Bittorrent tracker with GUI front-end could be installed on my ASUSTOR AS-608T (8x4TB in RAID 5).

Failing that, is there anything I can install to make cataloguing several thousand files along with Description and perhaps a small picture of the subject.

The Web Based GUI is so that I can 'con' friends into adding these files to the database along with a episode synopsis and other info including a graphic. The bittorrent server seemed the perfect solution as these files could also be available to friends.

Any solutions out there?

others, you can:
Step 1. create account for your friends.
Step 2. enable ftp server to sharing file.
Step 3. Or your friend login ADM, use File Explorer download file.
Step 4. Or create share link to your friend.
