[ADM 2.6] NO manual update for tiers APKG

Hi,
I fall in a strange problem ...
If I try to update a tiers APKG ... so using manual install (no manual update available)
WE DON'T GET AN UPDATE but a new install after removing the previous package ????
somebody can confirm this ...
ex. I had a running Jdownloader2 APKG ... after manual update (using manual install) I will get the "original" software so need to reconfigure it using init phase ???
