App for find and remove duplicates in specified folder

Are there any aps that could scan a folder and subfolder to give a list of duplicates so that one could free up some space?

What file type? There are good free duplicate MP3 file finders out there. I've used a couple recently to tidy up my MP3 collection before putting it on my NAS. Can't recall the name of them (not at my home PC right now), but a simple Google search was all I did last time.
