CP210x USB to UART Bridge driver compile for Aeon Z-wave Z-stick S2 usb device

Hi guys,

I am looking to install driver for a Z-wave controller device called Aeon Z-Stick S2: http://aeotec.com/z-wave-usb-stick, on my Asustor AS-602t NAS.
This is a usb serial dongle and is based on the following driver:
CP210x USB to UART Bridge VCP Drivers - http://www.silabs.com/products/mcu/page ... ivers.aspx

Now the problem is I don't know how to compile this for Asustor NAS. The build/compile commands don't seem to work. Also, looks like the 'usb-serial' module is missing, so do I need to compile that too? I would really appreciate if someone can give me instructions or point me to the right direction on how to compile these drivers and get this usb device working. What is the process of compiling drivers for Asustor NAS?
