App issues with the Asustor AS5304T

I just got the Asustor AS5304T I installed all my media like movies tvshows etc.. I install apps like sonarr, deluge, qbittorrent. But here is all the issues I am having and can not get a grip on why I am having so many issues.

I created my own admin and password. I disabled the admin account (security reasons).

Installed qbittorent I open it and it will not take my username and password. ( Invalid Username or Password).

I have tried to open deluge I just get This site can't be reached.

I have factory reset this device 3 times same issues. I have uninstalled the apps and reinstalled the apps same issues. This is also my 3rd Asustor and I have the same issues with all of them.
