UPNP doesn`t show cover art

Hello all,

UPNP server 1 or 2 will not show any cover art of my music.
I use my NAS with my Marantz sr7011 receiver but on my television i see no album covers.
There is also a problem with the music it self, because i see a lot of numbers twice ????
Is there somebody else with this problem, and how to solve this.

UPnP Server (no matter version 1 or 2) is a poor piece of software based on outdated code.

For music uPnP/DLNA nothing beats MinimServer experience. I suggest you test that.
Alternatively check miniDLNA server too. It has its ages, does not support transcoding and serves all album art in low resolution, but if you find it works with your hardware players, it will work 100% of time.
