The ASUSTOR AS-U2.5G is a USB adapter capable of converting USB 3.2 to 2.5-Gigabit Ethernet, providing devices with a flexible way to upgrade network speeds of up to 2.5 Gigabits per second. 2.5-Gigabit Ethernet is approximately 2.5 times faster than Gigabit Ethernet and runs on a USB 3.2 port, enabling almost any device to take advantage of faster-than-ever network speeds.
The AS-U2.5G also works with previous Ethernet standards, including Gigabit and 100-Megabit Ethernet. The AS-U2.5G plugs into almost any device sporting a USB3.2 Gen-1 Type-C port and has drivers for Windows, macOS, Linux or ADM, giving you the ability to more than double the performance all the way from NAS to computer and back.
