PTZ Not Working for ONVIF Camera

I am using the latest (as of Sept 7, 2017) version of the Beta Surveillance Center and I cannot control the PTZ functions of an HIK DS-2DE3304W-DE camera using the generic ONVIF driver. If I use use the specific HIK DS-2DE7220IW-AE driver the PTZ controls work as expected but I am losing resolution using a 2.1Mp driver with a 3.1 Mp camera.

The camera is ONVIF certified for PTZ functions and the preset locations work, just not the actual PTZ controls in SC viewer. Is this a bug in the SC software? I can use other products with a generic ONVIF driver and the PTZ functions work fine so I think the problem is related to the generic ONVIF implementation in SC.

Anyone else having this problem?
