No capture on motion, correct settings?

Surveillance Center gives you the ability to collectively manage an array of IP cameras. Through its Web-based interface you can monitor live view feeds from all your cameras and play back previously recorded video.

No capture on motion, correct settings?

Post by SirMacke »

So I have 3 cameras connected.
Live is fine, no problem.

But I cannot get the capture on motion to work.
Should it be configured In Settings-Cameras-Recording or Settings-Events?
I have tried the both, but it will not record.
Continuous recording works just fine.

Did a reset of all cameras to check, but nothing.
One camera did record when motion was detected, but it stopped working after 1 day.

Hi SirMacke,

Sounds like the motion recording doesn't work for you, right?
What are the model/brand of your three camera? are they connect with NAS at the same network?

Cheers,
JAMES

Yes, correct. Motion recording does not work.
The cameras are Qihan QH-NV470SO-P
And they are connected to the same network, the Live view work perfect.
