FI9803P, connection but no registration on AS5002T

Surveillance Center gives you the ability to collectively manage an array of IP cameras. Through its Web-based interface you can monitor live view feeds from all your cameras and play back previously recorded video.

FI9803P, connection but no registration on AS5002T

After installation of camera on Surveillance center I can see the online view, but in case of events (I have programmed) there is no file saved on the NAS. Surveillance center findss the camera, but while changing settings the only thing that did not work was the test button. it gave the warning: no connection with camera, check the settings.
But why can I see the live camera pictures if there is no connection????

I think you'd better to send a support request to asustor to check it.
