Error when entering Settings

When I try to enter Setting or Logs menu in Surveillance Center I gen an error that I dont have permission to enter. I have tried different users and it is the same error. All setting should be correct for me but I cant enter the settings.

Anyone have any idea how to solve this?

Hi statica and iCharlie,

Which version of Surveillance Center is running on your NAS?
Would you login with "admin" account and see how it goes?

If the issue still persists, please let me know.
