I am unable to uninstall or update the surveillance center app.
I get this error message in the log: Surveillance center 2.2.1.7092 unknown error (system timeout)
The icon for surveillance center is present in App Central but not on the start page.
Any suggestions ?

I don't have this trouble on my AS304T. I think you should send a support request to asustor. They should be able to help you remotely.

I am having the same problem of unable to uninstall or updates surveillance camera app. Tried many times but update not allowed and viewing of cameras are deny too with ops...The page you requested was not found when clicking on surveillance center. Please help

what is your firmware and surveillance center version? Mine is working OK under ADM 2.5.2 beta and surveillance center 2.4.1.

Our time zone is GMT+8 and our work hour is from Mon ~Fri, 10 am ~ 8 pm
After setting up the remote session, please send an email to me (jamessu@asustor.com) with TeamViewer username and password.
