I'm getting the below error when I try delete the video folders and files recorded by the Surveillance Center.
I've admin rights to the NAS

Unable to completely remove file/folder due to insufficient access rights. (Ref. 5025)

Using ADM 2.2.1.R863 and Surveillance Center 2.1.0.6121 on AS-202TE.

Appreciate help on this matter. Thanks.

I think if you change the "group" and "others" privilege to read and write, then you should be able to delete it. (Right click the Property of the folders and its up folders that you want to delete in ADM file explorer)
