Motion detection not working / schedule empty

My camera is connected and works as expected but Surveillance Center doesn't detect motion activated events.

I noticed something weird, not sure if that is the root cause, but event schedule timetable is always empty no matter what I try.

When I select "Edit Event Action Rule", I can select the whole timetable with "Motion Recording" and click the check symbol on the right to save
