Reolink Trackmix not added

This is a longshot and I know that not all cameras are supported. This Reolink Trackmix has 2 lenses: a wideview and a telephoto for close zoom. It works like a charm within its application as it has auto-tracking, auto-zoom etc.
The issue is that when adding to Surveillance center it fails. Have tried a lot of different approaches for ONVIF... auto-find, manual entry, adding this camera first, adding it second (after an Amcrest dome)... nothing works.

When adding the camera I see 3 streams (which is correct, one main and one secondary for the wide lens and one stream for the telephoto lens).
The problems start because the streams are off when adding the camera. Only the Wide main is correct for all the parameters: resolution, framerate, quality, etc. This is stream 1
Then, stream 2 is totally blank, only the resolution is present but nothing else, no frame rate, no quality.
The third stream (telephoto) has also all the correct parameters.

I have selected only one stream and add
Two streams, mixed the main with the secondary and the main with the telephoto... fail both scenarios
All teh streams... fail
