Surveillance Center freezes

Surveillance Center gives you the ability to collectively manage an array of IP cameras. Through its Web-based interface you can monitor live view feeds from all your cameras and play back previously recorded video.

Surveillance Center freezes

I install Surveillance Center. I click on the Surveillance Center icon on the desktop. The screen turns white. I wait. Eventually I see Surveillance Center. The Live View tab is highlighted. After another long pause, a popup appears with this message: "Unable to load your layout data." I do not retry because I have not specified any layout data as I have never run the program before. After I click Cancel to start with a default layout, I see a default layout. Now, presumably I need to click Settings to specify my cameras. When I do, the Live View tab is no longer selected. Neither is Settings. Nothing happens when I click any tab.

I am running 4.0.3.RQ81 on AS5304T.
