Unknown error when installing camera

Surveillance Center gives you the ability to collectively manage an array of IP cameras. Through its Web-based interface you can monitor live view feeds from all your cameras and play back previously recorded video.

Unknown error when installing camera

Hi all,

A couple of days ago I got myself a Foscam FI9816P camera for experimenting with home surveillance.

When I try to add the camera to the Surveillance Center I get the error: Unknown error occured while adding camera. (See the screenshot I've added)

All the details I have to fill in are correct.

I tried using a network cable and WiFi, both didn't work.

Does anyone know what I could try?
