issue with AS3102T, ADM 3.2.7.RRE3 and surveillance 2.8.0.11937

Post by askmatthew »

Hi, i have issues with my Dlink 5020L being disconnected after upgrade the surveillance camera software to AS3102T, ADM 3.2.7.RRE3 and surveillance 2.8.0.11937

Anybody shares the same issue?

I tried to upgrade my remote camera's firmware, a Dlink 5020L, the latest was 6 years ago.

Is this the real issue?

Issue looked like the last upgrade on surveillance camera software instead of something else.

just upgraded the latest firmware of the ip camera from last year, still disconnected. I think it is the Asustor version upgrade that broke the cameras. It was working fine earlier.

I think you'd better to report it to asustor directly. https://support.asustor.com/
