Can you make playlists with iTunes Server?

As the title says. Can you make playlists with the Asustor iTunes server?
iTunes server version - 1.2.1.R220
iTunes version - 12.4.16
Mac OS Yosemite
I can right click and get a create new playlist menu but it doesn't show up anywhere.
