Unable to download docx files from remote

Hi, I just noticed that I can't download docx files from my Asustor 202TE.
I access through Chrome browser remotely to the NAS (not local LAN) by using the static IP.
Then I select the File Explorer APP.
I select a docx file and then I click the download button.
The browser asks me the destination folder but, after the selection states that the download is starting but nothing happens.
I thought it was a bug with all the files so I tried downoading a PDF files but it works perfectly.
Do you have similar issues?
