Gentlemen,
I have setup my AS-204-TE with 2 disks configured as SINGLE however File Explorer does not see Volume 2.
I would like to be able to transfer files from my PC to Volume 1 or Volume 2.
Please let me know what to do.

Have you created any shares on volume2? There has to be shares on it for it to be seen.
