Upload file error

Hi there,

Please need a hint, is there any limitation for uploading a file using file explorer. I have a file that I want to upload from file explorer, the file size is larger than 2 GB. I have tried several times and event using different NAS model, but it does not seems to work.

Hi Astro,

The most major browsers have a limit of upload file size around 2 GB,
our engineers are trying to fix this annoying problem,
you will see an update in a near future
