File explorer cannot display Lightroom exported phots

I exported jpeg photos from Lightroom. File format - JPEG. Color Space - sRGB.Austor cannot display it. Both File Explorer and Photo Gallery cannot display it. But it's not a problem with my photos. Plex server can display them and also I can view them in mac.
Am I missing some applications?, why can't Asustor display jpeg.

I did, but their support sucks. I got 0 response to my ticket.

That surprised me. I usually get their responses within 3-4 days (depend on how hard for my questions). What's your ticket number? Someone here might be able to remind asustor... Or you can respond the same ticket to remind them again.
