Unable to Update

There is a notification to an update for the Download Center app, the weird thing is it notifies (which shows that my NAS is able to connect tot he ASUSTOR server), but it just would not update.
It keeps telling me:

Code: Select all
Unable to connect to the ASUSTOR server. Please check your network settings and try again. [Ref: 5039]

What can I do to update the app?

I have no problems to install Apps. The most possible case is that your DNS setting is invalid or changed. You'd better to check it first (ADM web -> Settings -> Network).
