download center (aidownload) and timeout error

Hi I change my network setting and I have a lot of problem
I' haven't a pubblic ip address so my asustor can view only in my network
The NAS works perfectly with sharing folder, timemachine, aimusic, plex server and so on
But when I use download center with apps, on my mac, and on administator page I have error similar at"timeout".
What is the problem? When I access to my nas is the same problem the page in few minutes became blank as the connection falled but I can view folders by finder.
I suppose the error is the router or the port used. The administrator port has 8000 in the address
