Recently upgraded to Download Center to 1.0.3.r827 and now get a warning error "Unable to find preferences information. Please try again. (Ref. 5006)".
All the preference fields are blank and when I try to create new preferences using the gear icon, I get the error "Configuration parameter is incorrect. (Ref. 5303)".
Anyone else getting these errors?

Reinstall DC fixed the issue.

Reinstall created new settings, but download files by url is impossible. Error message is "not enough space in destination". I have made factory reset, but the same results. Former versions of Download center worked fine. Is it possible to get any former version of Download center?

2.5.0.RA73

Edit: Older versions can be found at: http://appdownload.asustor.com/
After installation older version apk - 0010_999_1440486371_download-center_1.0.3.r797_i386.apk - everything works like a charm

Regarding 0010_999_1440486371_download-center_1.0.3.r797_i386.apk

Was this an Android App or is this installable on the ASUSTOR server? If the latter, then how do you install it on the server?

I'm having exactly the same problem; it doesn't matter whether I use the ASUSTOR web interface to set up the download, or the Windows app, or the Android app - the outcome is the same: it fails and says there's insufficient space when there is loads of space.

I too tried uninstalling and reinstalling on the server but it made no difference.

That is an app designed for the Asustor NAS. I don't think you can even install it on an Android device.... It's designed for an Intel chipset, so...
