Save username/password for HTTP/FTP downloads

Hello everybody,

I regularly download large files from HTTP or FTP servers that require authentication. As username and password are quite long, is there a way to save the credentials (username and password) for a given server to automatically use in download center?

If not, where can I put this as a feature request?
