automated Download in Download center don't start

Hi
i have setup the RSS feed and that updates as it should from showRSS. but the download does not start automaticly.
i have also set up filter as discribed here http://download.asustor.com/college/en/ ... Center.pdf
I have tested the feeds by right clicking and choosing download and that works. It sends the file to download immediately.
It just doesn't start by it self.
Can anybody help please?
ADM version 2.3.0.RD51
Download center version 1.0.3.r764
both latest version.
