Downloads 'Stopped' regularly

Hi, I have a few downloads that are buzzing along, then their status changes to 'Stopped'

They never resume unless I manually resume them, in which case they may go for another 10 minutes before the Download Center indicates that they are 'Stopped' again.

What is causing this behaviour? Am I being blocked by the seeders? My upload speed is unlimited- I don't know why I would be.

Is there a way for them to auto-resume? It's maddening to have to babysit torrents.

After installing Transmission Remote GUI, I was able to determine that this was caused by errors with particular files contained in the download. Not so clear with DC
