Please upgrade kernel Transmission in Download Center to 2.80 +.
It would be desirable to use "transmisson-remote-gui 5.0". In particular:

Version 5.0 released!
1. An option to change a torrent's file / folder name during addition (Transmission 2.80 + only).
2. Renaming of existing torrents, files and folders (Transmission 2.80 + only).

In applications added Transmission 2.82 - cheers :)
