Downloads export and resume

I want to copy out the unfinished downloads and continue to download on my PC. How can i do it at best?

Just copy the files and verify them on my PC torrent client?

And how can i do at reverse direction? I mean unfinished torrents on my PC, and continue to download on NAS?
