File won't download in DC, but downloads fine on computer

I am pretty puzzled by this one: some torrents won't move a byte when downloading in Download Center, but once I start them in my computer's utorrent, they go nice and fast.

The port used by Download Center (one I chose and entered in Settings) is properly forwarded in Asus router. It's the same used by utorrent in the computer.
I tried to forward that port in ez-router but it never gives it the green checkmark. Tried to deactivate ez-router entirely too, but the torrent still wouldn't download.

What may I be doing wrong here?

Probably that's the reason? Not sure how you're using the same forwarded port. On your router, be it manual or UPnP, only one device can receive a particular forwarded port.

I don't think Download Center supports encrypted connections, perhaps that's also the reason your torrents aren't downloading. Try using a proper client like Transmission, I usually get around 20-30+MBps (megabytes per second) for each or 40-50+MBps a few combined.
