android apps aimaster and aimusic cloud connection

hi
i am new to asustor, i would like to request for a more stable aimaster and aimusic app for android i am having a very difficult time connecting to it by using the cloud id (connection time out error or please check ur connection error). aimusic force closes a number of times.
with regards to aidownload app can you please add an option to add url
