ADM Defender - How to allow ping requests

After activating the "Deny all connections" option in the ADM Defender I'd like to allow ping responses but don't know how...
From my understanding ping does not use udp or tcp ports but uses icmp. Is there a way within the ADM GUI to allow ping requests - if so what exactly needs to be done?
