ADM 3.0 problem with services

after update/upgrade to ADM 3.0.0R8N2, my web application stop working. I checked web services and then I sow that:
1. I can`t check "run www server" => "API ERROR"
2. I can`t check "run ssl"
3. I tried to change language to english but nothing happens

3. In "Virtual host" I can`t add any new host and don`t see earlier added host

4. I can`t add new SSL certificate. There is no new window. In lower left corner I see "create new certificate" but can`t do anything with that.

Is there any way to refresh settings? Maybe after overwriting my settings, asustor will start working

edit:
FTP Server and SSH settings show checked checkbox after 10 seconds. WebDAV, Web Server, MariaDB still show "!" and checking=> apply, unchecking=>apply and again checking=>apply doesn`t work

Backup & Restore=>System Settings
I can do backup settings but can`t do restore. When I try to import Settings its hangs on "Applying..." (IE, Egde, Chrome)

My AS-304T is working fine. Not sure what's the problem. You'd better to send a support ticket to asustor to check it. https://support.asustor.com/
