configuration server 2012

We are using an as6202 connected to a windows network managed by server2012. I have made a shared folder and i want to be able to give individual r/w rights in sub directories per domain\usr. How to achieve that because I can't seem to give individual r/w rights under windows? Is there a manual that explains it?
