AS-602T hardware failure

Hello folks!

It seems my NAS has a hardware problem, but both 3TB hard discs are OK I think. I have checked them on a PC and they were detected so I hope they're working.
I've got a very important data stored there and the problem is all datas are encrypted.
Please help me what should I do?
Recently, it is impossible to buy another AS-602T unit.
Is it possible to buy different Asustor unit, where my discs would work on it? Will my data restored when I put those discs to different Asustor unit?
Or I need to send my broken unit somewhere for repair?
Thank you very much for any help!
Rado.

Both the ways are feasible.

You can buy another model and simply put your disks to the new NAS. Power it on. Your data should be ready and remain the same (Oh, you might need to install / update applications under App Central).

The cost effective way is to send a support request to asustor. https://support.asustor.com/ They should be able to diagnose your NAS remotely. If
it's indeed a hardware failure, it might take several weeks (I guess) to repair it.
