VPN -> RSYNC

Hi Guys.

I have a unit that has a vpn connection configured directly on the austor. It connects and gets an ip assignment from the other network. However, when using rsync to connect to the austor nas on the remote network, it cannot connect. I have checked all the settings and cannot find any issue. There is no traffic flowing.

Is this a limitation of the nas where the vpn connection is not being seen correctly? Logging in to the nas via ssh and doing a routes command shows it connected correctly.

Do you mean that login to NAS via ssh successfully on "remote network" or "local network"? If you are on local network, you can try it on remote network. If it fails, you can use "tracert" command on a remote PC (Windows) to trace the routes.
