Unable to initialize after prompt upgrading to 2.6.2.R6L2

Unable to initialize after prompt upgrading to 2.6.2.R6L2 for AS-602T
Asustor Control Center detected as the following now
Model: AS0000T
Serial Number: AX1108000PL0000
It shows the following error when the NAS page is launched.
Initialize your NAS
No disks detected. You must install at least one disk before you can continue.

Seems like a common firmware issue. Yours AS-60xT also?

Side track,
Is Asustor warranty supposed to be 2 years or 3 years? Will be quite disappointed if this issue will not be rectified in the event the unit is out of warranty.
Issue caused by a firmware upgrade.

That's what I thought so. But my local distributor informed that those units purchased before Aug '14 is only 2 years warranty.

I think you can still check with asustor support guy.

Asustor Support verified that the 3 year warranty from the day it was purchased.
Since the unit is still under warranty, I can proceed to RMA. Luckily.
