Upgrade ADM 2.4.2RIG1 to 2.5.4RF42 any issues?

I'm currently at 2.4.2RIG1 with no problems and was wondering if anyone has upgraded to 2.5.4RF42 and had problems. I have always upgraded without issue before but after reading some of the issues with some of the upgrades, it kinda has me nervous. If it ain't broken don't fix it! :?
