AS6204T - BIOS Update problem with ADM 2.5.1

Post by ssrioux »

This morning, i proceed to ADM update (2.5.1) for my AS6204T.

After ADM Update, a BIOS Update is proposed (online Bios Update is new with ADM 2.5.1).

After BIOS Update, the nas don't boot... message "System booting" on NAS.

Anyone have this problem today??

I had the same problem and after leaving it for 30 minutes or so it finally came back to life. It was stuck on the BOOTING-SERVICE PLEASE WAIT... during that time and I couldn't even ping it on the network.

I 'think' its because sometimes (almost every forced reboot) the system doesn't unmount raid properly and it takes a while to check on bootup and soaks up cpu causing tthe apparent hang at booting services.
