2.4.2.RIG1 608T

every time i try the update for 2.4.2.RIG1 on my 608T it never fully updates.
sits at like 60% for ever.

any ideas where i should start chasing this?

I heard about this problem before in forum. Some of them did 2-3 retries (not sure if they restarted NAS for retry), and it was successful finally. You may have a try. But it's better to send a support request to asustor.

I've had this problem, I ended up updating via windows asustor control app

tried it from the control center app from my mac and pc. same issue. sits at 6% forever.
