After installing LooksGood, the NAS is inaccessible in all ways. The LCD stays on System Starting.
When I remove the drives, the system will boot. In Asustor Control I can see the NAS is powered up but it's uninitialized. I cannot do anything.
When I plug in the drives I get the option to initialize the system, only, I think I will loose my data. So this is not the option.
Is is possible to mount the drives (in RAID) via terminal (Putty) and save data?
Tnx

Oops, I did not encounter this kind of issue on my as-304t. You should do nothing to prevent damage your data. And send a support request to asustor.

Re: System broken after installing LooksGood app.
Asustor fixed the problem.
I think, the NAS lost the Volume0 mounting config or something like that.
So ADM was not booting.
Now everything is perfect.
Ofcourse, a total backup to other drive is on going right now.
Anyway,
Great support from Asustor.
Many thanks.
